TigerHawk is a Peruvian Chef, a family-owned and operated Sandwich Shop on Martha's Vineyard. We opened our doors in May 2021. TigerHawk crafts Peruvian fusion cuisine through artisanal sandwiches, fried chicken sandwiches, ramen, bao buns, poke bowls, and salads.
